POWERFUL AND EFFICIENT 4WD SYSTEM

The Razorback features a tough 4WD system that is unique in its design and quality and sets this vegetation mower apart from all other mowers.

You can switch from 2WD to 4WD and depending on the ground conditions, engage the rear diff-lock. Operators will use the 4WD when negotiating steep slopes and engage the diff-lock for extreme undulating terrain. The drive train has a high and low range to best adjust your ground speed to your cutting conditions. This allows you to travel at maximum speed for open flat ground, or use low range to gear down for ultimate power to the 4WD system.

The entry level 4WD unit, known as the CMX1402H runs the complete F1 package including the mechanical drive train to the front of the mower. The sharing of the resources based around this platform has allowed us to deliver a true mechanical 4WD mower, complete with a shaft driven deck, with all the safety and comfort features, capable of performing on steep angles of up to 25-degrees.

The CMX1808 and CMX2302 share the same fundamental F1 chassis feature set. Both are powered by 4WD Vanguard engine, overhead cam horizontal shaft twin engines, that develop 18.3 horsepower and 21 horsepower NET respectively.

The CMX2302 has a much more substantial hydrostatic transmission, complete with a charge pump, removable oil filter, and 7 litre tank that reticulates the hydrostatic oil for cooling in extreme conditions.
